Terms
The terms for using this site and working with us
The rules for using this website and the main terms that apply when you work with us. Effective date: 22 October 2026. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of nebulaglobalco.com, operated by Nebula Global ("Nebula", "we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms also set out the main terms of our services. When you become a client, you receive a written quote and service agreement that describe your scope of work. If the service agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement controls for that engagement. Neither will take away the client promises set out below.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not misuse it. That includes trying to disrupt the site, gaining access to parts of it you are not allowed to reach, copying it in bulk or submitting false information or someone else's details through our forms.
Information on this website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Dashboards and figures labeled as illustrative are examples to show how our reporting works. They are not results from any real client and not a forecast of your results.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Your scope, fee and terms are set out in your written quote and service agreement.
The free audit
The free audit has no fee and no obligation. It is based on public information and on any access you choose to give us. It contains our findings and recommendations, and you may keep and use it whether or not you work with us.
The audit reflects what we can see at the time. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a promise of any particular result.
Our services and fees
Our services run month to month. There is no long contract and no setup fee. You pay one monthly fee for the scope described in your written quote. We invoice that fee monthly, and payment terms are set out in your quote.
Your fee changes only if your scope changes, for example when you add a location, a channel or more call answering hours. We agree any change with you in writing before it takes effect.
Ad spend and third-party costs
Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google, Meta and other platforms, from accounts in your name. We do not hold, resell or mark up your ad spend. Our fee is billed separately from your ad spend.
Software or services held in your own name, such as an email platform, phone system or CRM, are billed to you by their providers. We list any such costs we recommend in your quote.
Cancelling your service
You can cancel at any time by emailing your account lead or [email protected]. Service continues until the end of your current billing month and then stops. There is no cancellation fee. Fees for the current billing month are not refunded.
We may also end our services with written notice, for example if an invoice is not paid or if continuing would require us to break the law or a platform's rules.
What you own
You own your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics accounts, Google Business Profile, social profiles, customer lists, data and the content we create for you once it has been paid for. We set up accounts in your name, or move them into your name, and work in them as a manager you add.
When you leave, we hand over any logins or access we hold, remove our own access when you ask and give you copies of your reports and change history. There is no handover fee.
We keep ownership of our monitoring software, dashboards, methods, templates and tools. Your access to the live dashboard ends when service ends, but your reports and data stay with you.
Approvals and records
We do not change your accounts without approval from a named person on your side. Each proposed change is explained before you approve it. We record every change, with its predicted result and, later, its measured result, and you can see that record at any time.
Some routine tasks may be approved in advance as part of your agreed plan, such as blocking clearly irrelevant search terms. Your service agreement lists any such standing approvals, and you can withdraw them at any time.
What we can and cannot promise
We work hard to improve your results, but no one controls what Google, Meta, AI assistants or buyers do. We do not promise any ranking, number of leads, revenue or other outcome. What we promise is the work described in your quote, your approval on every change, honest advice and clear monthly reporting.
Your responsibilities as a client
You agree to give us accurate information, to respond to approval requests in reasonable time and to give us the access we need. You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images and data you give us, and that your business, offers and claims are lawful.
You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory duties, including any rules for your profession or industry. We will follow reasonable instructions on compliance and flag concerns when we see them.
Practices we will never use
We will never write, buy or filter reviews, reward customers for positive reviews, buy followers or engagement, or hide fees. We follow the advertising policies of the platforms we use and applicable US rules on marketing messages and consent.
Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. For healthcare clients, a Business Associate Agreement also applies.
Platforms run by other companies
Our work depends on platforms run by other companies, such as Google, Meta, Microsoft and your software providers. Those companies set their own rules and can change them, suspend accounts or change how they report results. We are not responsible for their decisions, but we will tell you about changes that affect you and help you respond.
Limits of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of this site or our services.
For our services, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, unless the law does not allow that limit or your service agreement says otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States state named in your service agreement or, if there is none, the state where Nebula Global is registered. Before taking any formal step, both sides agree to try to resolve a dispute by talking it through in good faith.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Changes do not reduce the promises in an existing service agreement without your written agreement.
Text messages from Nebula Global
If you check the text consent box on our site, Nebula Global will send texts to the number you gave about your request, such as scheduling your audit call and sending updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we will confirm by text and send nothing further. Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help.
Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy, including the section on text messages and phone calls.
