Nebula for personal injury law firms

More signed injury cases from every call you pay for

We run your Local Services Ads, Google search ads, reviews and case-type pages. Our software follows every call through intake to the signed case in Clio, Filevine or MyCase, so your budget goes where cases sign.

Lead vendors and ad platforms count calls. We show which calls became signed cases, and what each signed case cost.

What you get

What changes for your injury practice

Each result ties back to signed cases in your own case management records, so your firm can check the work for itself.

Cost per signed case, by source

Our software matches each call and form to the matter in Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics. You see which ads and listings sign cases, by case type.

Intake that answers fast

We track how fast intake answers new calls and forms, day and night. Missed callers land on a callback list, and after-hours calls reach a trained person.

Local Services Ads run with care

Local Services Ads are the Google ads with the Google Verified badge, and you pay per lead. We manage your profile, hours and lead disputes, and track which leads sign.

Clear pages for each case type

Plain pages for car accidents, truck crashes, slip and fall and the other cases you take, written for people searching and for AI assistants.

Problems we fix

Where injury firms lose signed cases

Three common gaps between a paid click and a signed case. Each has a fix, and each fix is tracked in your records.

48%

Law firms that were essentially unreachable by phone in a 2024 secret-shopper study

Paid calls that reach voicemail

An injured person often calls several firms. If your line goes to voicemail at night or at lunch, the next firm signs the case, and you still paid for the click.

Leads counted, signed cases not tracked

Ad platforms and lead vendors count calls and forms. The signed case lives in your case management system. Without the match, budget follows lead volume instead of signed cases.

97%

Consumers who read reviews for local businesses, in a 2026 survey of 1,002 US adults

Reviews and replies slip without notice

People read reviews before they call a firm. A few months without new reviews, or slow replies to the ones you have, makes the firm down the street look like the safer choice.

How we help

From injury search to signed case

One team runs every step, from the first search to the signed case. A lawyer at your firm approves all copy before it runs.

4 · Know what is working

Cost per signed case each month

Each signed case is traced to the ad, listing or page that brought it. Your monthly review shows signed cases and cost by case type and source.

Key moments

The moments that decide where cases sign

Injury calls arrive when accidents happen, at any hour. We plan intake cover, ads and follow-up for the moments when a call is most at risk.

  1. 1

    When

    Nights and weekends

Calls go to a trained person who takes the details and books a consultation. Your team gets a summary first thing in the morning.

  2. 2

    When

    Intake lines are full

When every line is busy, overflow calls roll to our answering team instead of voicemail, and missed callers get a text back right away.

  3. 3

    When

    A new office opens

We set up the Google Business Profile, the Local Services Ads service area and local pages for the new location.

  4. 4

    When

    A case closes

We send a review request in words your firm approves, and draft a reply to each new review for you to approve.

What is included

What your firm gets, line by line

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most personal injury law firms use.

  1. Local Services Ads management

Profile, service areas, hours, budget and lead disputes handled for you, with each LSA lead matched to intake and signed cases.

  2. Google search ads by case type

Campaigns for car accident, truck accident and other injury searches, with spend shifted to the terms that sign cases.

  3. Pages for each case type

Pages for each case type you take, written in plain words, drafted with your state's lawyer advertising rules in mind and built to be read by AI assistants.

  4. Intake speed tracking

Every call and form timed from arrival to first reply, with a daily list of callers still waiting and the person who owns each one.

  5. After-hours call answering

A trained person answers nights and weekends, takes the details with care, and books the consultation or passes the case to your team.

  6. Review requests and replies

Requests sent when a case closes, replies drafted for your approval, and no incentives offered for reviews.

  7. Case management matching

Calls and forms matched to matters in Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics, so cost per signed case comes from your records.

  8. Written with bar rules in mind

Ads, pages and emails drafted with your state's lawyer advertising rules in mind, with results disclaimers wherever past results appear.

Compliance

Bar advertising rules, built in

Lawyer advertising has its own rules in every state. We write and check every ad, page and email with those rules in mind, and you approve it before it runs.

  • We write with your state's lawyer advertising rules in mind, most of which follow ABA Model Rule 7.1, and flag anything that may need a disclaimer. A lawyer at your firm approves all copy and is responsible for compliance.
  • Any mention of past results carries the disclaimer your state requires. Results are never presented as typical or likely.
  • We never promise an outcome, a settlement amount or a case value, in ads, pages, emails or call scripts.
  • We follow your state's limits on contacting accident victims, including waiting periods for written outreach where they apply.
  • Labels such as Attorney Advertising are added where your state requires them, and your firm gives final approval on all copy.
  • Nebula is a marketing company, not a law firm or a lawyer referral service. We never refer callers between firms. Every call and form is handled in your firm's name, for your firm only. We are paid a flat monthly fee, never per case and never a share of legal fees.

Questions

Injury firm marketing, your questions answered

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What does law firm marketing cost with Nebula?

It depends on your markets, the case types you want, the channels we run and whether you add after-hours answering. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the ad accounts and website?

Your firm does. Your website, domain, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, analytics and all content stay in your firm's name. If you leave, you keep all of it.

How does ad spend work next to your fee?

Your ad budget, including Local Services Ads, is paid directly to Google and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How soon will we see results?

Your first findings arrive the morning after we connect your accounts. Fixing missed calls and wasted search terms can show within weeks. Reviews, pages and search rank build over several months. Each monthly review shows signed cases and the progress.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a kickoff call and about an hour to grant access. After that, a monthly review of about 30 minutes, approval of new copy and quick approvals when we propose a change. Your named US account lead handles the rest.

Do you manage Local Services Ads for law firms?

Yes. Local Services Ads are the Google ads with the Google Verified badge. Google checks your firm before the badge shows. We handle your profile, budget, hours, service areas and lead disputes, and match each lead to intake so you see which ones sign.

Can you track signed cases in our case management system?

Yes. Our software reads Clio, MyCase, Filevine or Lawmatics where you grant access. It matches each call and form to the matter it became, so cost per signed case comes from your records. We read only the fields needed to match an inquiry to its outcome.
