Nebula for ecommerce
More profit per order, and more orders, across every channel
One team runs ads, email, listings and stores for Shopify brands and marketplace sellers. Each night our software checks every platform's numbers against your real orders and costs, so you see profit per order.
7 products in Amazon Ads ran below break-even after referral and fulfillment fees.
Every platform reports its own wins. We report the profit left after cost of goods, fees and ad spend.
Ecommerce
Choose your store or marketplace
Shopify brands and marketplace sellers each get a plan built for how they sell.
What you get
What changes for your profit per order
Four changes that move budget toward the orders that earn the most after costs.
Profit after every cost
Every campaign, product and email is priced after cost of goods, shipping, discounts, refunds and fees. You see what each one earned, not only what it sold.
One view across your channels
Your store, Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop sit on one cost basis, so budget moves to the channel that earns the order.
Platform claims checked nightly
Each platform's claimed sales are set against your real orders. You see the gap in dollars before you raise a budget.
Stock and ads kept in step
Ads pause before products sell out and resume when stock returns. Slow-moving stock gets ad support, so less cash sits on shelves.

Problems we fix
Where online sellers give profit away
Three problems that platform dashboards do not show. Each one appears once orders are priced after every cost.
Found in most accounts we audit
Every platform claims the same sale
Meta, Google, TikTok and email each credit a sale to their own touch. Add the claims together and they can pass your real order count, and budget goes to whoever claims the most.
Amazon sellers who named higher shipping costs as a top challenge for 2025
Revenue grows while profit shrinks
Discounts, shipping, refunds, marketplace fees and ad costs come out after the sale. A store can grow revenue and lose money, and the ad dashboards will not show it.

Marketplaces hold more of the sale
Third-party sellers now make most of Amazon's sales, and Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop add more places to sell. Each has its own fees, ad tools and reports to manage.
Why specialists
Why sellers need ecommerce specialists
Profit depends on costs that no single platform shows. Our team reads them all and runs your store and ads together.
We read the costs platforms leave out
Cost of goods, shipping, referral and fulfillment fees, discounts and refunds. We price every decision on what is left after them.
We know each marketplace's rules
Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop each have their own listing rules, ad tools and fee schedules. Our team works inside them every day.
We run the store and the ads together
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta and your marketplaces sit with one team, so a checkout problem and an ad problem get fixed in the same week.

What does ecommerce marketing cost?
It depends on how many channels we run, the number of products you advertise, whether we manage email and SMS, and how much creative and store work you need. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.
Is there a long contract?
No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.
Who owns the store and accounts?
You do. Your store, domain, ad accounts, Seller Central, Klaviyo, analytics and all creative stay in your name. If you leave, you keep all of it.
How does ad spend work next to your fee?
Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta, Amazon and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.
Do you work only with Shopify?
Most of the brands we work with run on Shopify. We also work with WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores, and with sellers on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop, with or without their own store.
Can you run my store and my Amazon account together?
Yes. One team runs both and our software prices them on one cost basis. You see where each order came from and what it left after fees, so budget moves to the channel that earns it.
