Our promises

The promises we make to every client, in writing

Many owners have good reasons to be wary of marketing companies. Here is what we promise, and what we will never do, so you know what to expect before you agree to anything.

What we promise

What every client gets from us

These apply to every client, every package and every level.

You own everything

Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile, customer lists and content are in your name. You keep all of it if you leave.

Go to you own everything

Month-to-month service

No long contract and no setup fee. You can cancel at any time, and service ends at the close of your billing month.

A named US account lead

One person knows your business, runs your plan and answers your questions. You always know who to call.

Every change approved first

We propose each change and explain why. Nothing changes in your accounts until a named person on your side approves it, or it falls under a routine task you pre-approved. Every change is recorded.

A plain-English monthly review

Each month, your account lead walks you through what happened, what it was worth and what comes next, without jargon.

A live dashboard

See calls, leads, jobs, orders and spend at any time. You never need to log in to get results, but you can always look.

An honest audit

Our free audit tells you what we found, whether we can help and whether we are the right fit. Sometimes the answer is no.

Your ad spend stays yours

Your budget is paid straight to the platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately, so you always see both.

In writing

What our service terms put in writing

Use this list to check any agreement you are offered, including ours.

  • You own your website, domain, accounts, data and content
  • Month-to-month service with no long contract
  • No setup fee and no cancellation fee
  • Ad budget paid by you, directly to each platform
  • Our fee shown separately from your ad spend
  • A named US account lead for your business
  • No change to your accounts without your approval
  • A record of every change, with its predicted and measured result
  • A plain-English results review every month
  • Full handover of access and history if you leave

Approved and recorded

Every change approved, then recorded

A named person on your side approves each change before anything changes.

Our monitoring software checks your connected accounts every night and finds problems. For each one, it proposes a single change and estimates what the problem costs, using your own jobs, bookings or orders.

Your account lead reviews the proposal and sends it to you. A named person on your side approves it before anything changes. We record the predicted result and, later, the measured result side by side, so you can see whether our estimates held up.

  • One proposed change for each problem found
  • A cost estimate based on your own data
  • Your approval before anything changes
  • Predicted and measured results side by side
  • A full change history you can see at any time

Never

What we will never do

Some of these practices are common in marketing, and we use none of them.

Lock you in

No long contracts, no annual terms and no cancellation fees. You stay only while the work pays off for you.

Hide fees

Every charge is in your written quote. The platforms bill your ad spend, and we bill our fee separately.

Hold your accounts

We set up every account in your name. We never keep your website, domain, ad accounts or profiles from you when you leave.

Promise rankings we cannot control

Google and AI assistants decide what they show. Anyone who promises a ranking is guessing. We promise the work and clear reporting.

Fake reviews

We never write, buy or filter reviews, and never reward customers for positive ones. We ask real customers for honest feedback.

Buy fake followers

We never buy followers, likes or engagement. Fake followers do not buy from you, and they can harm your accounts.

The free audit

An honest audit, even when the answer is no

Our free audit reviews your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads, search and AI-answer visibility, and competitors. You get a written audit with the top fixes in priority order and a review call with an account lead.

If your business does not need us, or another option fits better, we will tell you. Sometimes that means a freelancer, a software tool or two fixes you can make yourself. You keep the audit either way.

Questions

Questions about our promises

All questions
Are these promises in the contract?

Yes. Ownership, month-to-month terms, no setup fee, approval before changes and full handover on exit are written into our service terms. If anything in an agreement differs from this page, tell us and we will correct the agreement.

Who is my account lead?

A named person on our team who runs your plan, leads your monthly review and answers your questions. You will know their name before work starts.

What if my account lead is away?

Another team member who knows your account covers for them. Your plan, history and change record are kept in one place, so the work does not stop.

What happens if you make a mistake?

We tell you, fix it and record what happened. Because every change is recorded, we can see what changed and when, and undo it if needed. Fixing our own mistakes never costs you extra.

Do I have to log in to anything?

No. We do the work and send you a plain-English review each month. Your live dashboard is there whenever you want to look, but you never need it to get results.

Why won't you promise rankings or leads?

Because no one controls them. Google, Meta and AI assistants decide what they show, and buyers decide what they do. We promise the work, your approval on every change, honest advice and clear monthly reporting.
