What you get

Results reported in hotel numbers

Room nights, group pipeline, commission saved and reviews, in the numbers your owners and GM already run on.

Reported in hotel numbers

Room nights, revenue per room against nearby hotels, direct share, commission saved and group pipeline. We report the numbers owners and GMs already run the hotel on.

More local and group business

Weddings, sports teams, corporate meetings and nearby events. We build the pages, ads and fast replies that bring that business to your property.

More bookings you keep

Every stay that books on your own website or by phone saves OTA commission. We show the savings every month.

Reviews handled every day

We reply to Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com and Expedia reviews in your voice and send service issues to your GM the same day.

Problems we fix

Where hotels leave revenue behind

OTA commission, slow group replies and lost direct guests cost hotels every month. Each one has a fix we track.

61%

of bookings at independent properties worldwide came through OTAs in 2024

OTAs take a big share of independent bookings

Independent hotels depend heavily on Booking.com and Expedia. Each OTA booking carries a commission, and the OTA keeps the guest's details for its own marketing.

5.8%

rise in group RevPAR across the top 25 US hotel markets in 2024

Group business goes to the fastest reply

Planners send one request to several hotels and often book the first strong answer. Inquiries that sit for days go to the hotel down the road.

$516

average value per booking on hotel websites, against $312 through OTAs, in SiteMinder's 2026 report

Direct guests are worth more per booking

Guests who book on a hotel's own website spend more per booking on average. Hotels without metasearch, hotel name search coverage and a quick booking engine lose many of them to OTAs.

Why specialists

Why hotel specialists run your account

We plan in occupancy, average daily rate and RevPAR, and we know brand rules, OTA contracts and hotel systems.

We use your numbers

RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, revenue per room against nearby hotels, direct share and group pace. We plan and report in the numbers your owners and GM already track.

We know brand rules and OTA contracts

Branded properties need work that fits brand standards and approvals. Independents need care with OTA contract terms. We plan for both before we start.

We know hotel systems

Our software works with Opera, Cloudbeds, Mews and SiteMinder, plus Google, Meta and your email tools, so results come from your own bookings.

Compliance

Brand standards, contracts and guest consent

Hotels work under franchise agreements, OTA contracts and consent rules. We plan our work around each one from the first call.

  • For branded hotels, we work within your brand's standards and approval process.
  • We send creative and pages for brand review before they run, wherever your brand requires it.
  • For independents, we read your OTA contract terms, including any rate parity clauses, before changing how direct rates display.
  • Guest emails and texts go only to guests who agreed to receive them, with an easy way to opt out.

Questions

Hotel owners' questions, answered plainly

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Do you work with both branded and independent hotels?

Yes. Branded properties get a plan built around local search, group sales, non-room revenue and reviews, within brand standards. Independents get a plan built around moving bookings from OTAs to direct. Each has its own page, metrics and team focus.

Will you change our brand website or reservation system?

No. For branded hotels, the brand website, reservation system and loyalty program stay as your brand runs them. We work within your brand's standards and approval process.

Do I have to replace my PMS or channel manager?

No. We work with the systems you already run, such as Opera, Cloudbeds, Mews and SiteMinder. Our software reads them every night to report on your bookings.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. To cancel, tell your account lead. You keep the profiles, ad accounts, guest lists and content we created.

Is my ad budget separate from your fee?

Yes. Your ad and metasearch budget is paid straight to Google, Tripadvisor, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line.

Do you work with hotel groups that own several properties?

Yes. Each property gets its own profile, campaigns and reporting. Owners see each property's results and the group's totals in one dashboard.
