More booked appointments for the care you offer, with physician sign-off

We run your Google profiles, reviews, ads and website for primary care, specialty and elective services. Your physicians approve every claim before it runs. You see booked appointments and cost per appointment, with patient data kept out of ad platforms.

Every claim about care goes to your physician before it runs. We count results as appointments booked, never as form fills.

What you get

Results you can count on the schedule

More patients for the services you choose, consults that are kept and claims your physicians stand behind.

More patients for the services you choose

Tell us where you have room: new primary care patients, a specialty clinic or elective consults. We point ads and search pages at those services and count the appointments they book.

Consultations that turn into visits

For weight-loss, bariatric and other elective programs, we follow each inquiry to a booked consult and send reminders, so fewer requests go cold and fewer consults are missed.

Marketing your physicians can sign off on

Every claim, page and ad goes to your physician or compliance lead before it runs. You see the exact wording and a record of who approved it.

A clear cost per booked appointment

Our software ties booked appointments to the ad, search or listing that brought them, without sending patient data to ad platforms. You see cost per appointment by service line each month.

Problems we fix

Where booked appointments slip away

No-shows, closed phones and ads that promise too much cost practices every week. Each one has a fix we can measure.

32%

of medical groups saw higher patient no-show rates so far in 2026 than in 2025

No-shows leave paid appointment slots empty

A booked slot that goes unused still costs the ad, the staff time and the provider's hour. Reminders and easy rescheduling close much of the gap, yet many practices still run them by hand.

71%

of medical practices have fewer than 25% of patients using digital tools to self-schedule

Patients cannot book when your phones close

When the only way to book is a phone call during office hours, evening visitors leave your website and book somewhere else. Online scheduling is still rare in most practices, so offering it sets you apart.

Elective ads that promise too much

Weight-loss and elective procedure ads that promise results draw complaints, ad rejections and regulator attention. Vague ads bring the wrong inquiries. Both waste budget and staff time on consults that never book.

How we help

From first question to kept appointment

One team covers search, trust, booking and reporting, inside Google and Meta health ad policies.

1 · Get found

Reach patients searching for your services

We build search pages and Google Ads for each service line, from annual physicals to bariatric surgery consults. Campaigns follow Google and Meta health ad policies and cover the areas you serve.

4 · Know what is working

See booked appointments by service line

Our software matches booked appointments to the ad or search behind them, with patient data kept out of ad platforms. You see cost per appointment and every change we made, each month.

Key moments

The moments that shift patient demand

Deductible resets, the new year, flu season and new providers all change who books and when. We plan for each one ahead of time.

  1. 1

    When

    January deductible reset

Patients often delay visits when deductibles reset. We promote covered preventive visits and make self-pay pricing clear for elective services.

  2. 2

    When

    New Year weight-loss interest

Interest in weight loss often rises after the holidays. We run seminar and consult campaigns before January, using claims your physicians approved.

  3. 3

    When

    Physicals and flu season

Late summer and fall bring sports physicals and flu shots. We use these visits to welcome new primary care patients to your practice.

  4. 4

    When

    A new provider starts

When a physician joins, we build their profile and page and run ads so patients can find and book them from their first week.

What is included

Every piece of work, approved before it runs

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most medical practice owners use.

  1. Provider and location Google profiles

Each physician and location listed with correct hours, services, insurance notes and booking links, checked every night.

  2. Service line pages

Plain-language pages for primary care, each specialty and each elective program, approved by your physicians before they go live.

  3. Google and Meta ads by service

Separate campaigns for each service line, built inside Google and Meta health ad rules, with budget moved to what books.

  4. Weight-loss and bariatric program marketing

Seminar sign-ups, consult booking and follow-up for surgical and medical weight-loss programs. Claims are physician-reviewed and no ad promises a set result.

  5. Review requests and careful replies

Review requests after visits, and replies that never confirm someone is a patient or mention their care.

  6. Call and form tracking

Every call and web form tracked to its source, with unanswered inquiries flagged for a same-day callback.

  7. Reminders and consult follow-up

Appointment reminders and consult follow-up by text and email, sent through HIPAA-aware tools covered by a Business Associate Agreement.

  8. Monthly review with your account lead

A plain-English review of booked appointments, cost per appointment and the changes we made, with a named US account lead.

Compliance

Compliance first, for every service line

Health marketing carries real rules. We build them into the work from day one, and your physicians approve every claim before it runs.

  • Medical claims, outcomes and procedure details are reviewed and approved by your physician before anything is published.
  • No patient testimonials, before-and-after photos or patient stories without the patient's written authorization.
  • No tracking that sends patient data to Google, Meta or any other ad platform.
  • Weight-loss and elective ads make no promise of specific results and follow Google and Meta health ad policies.

Questions

Answers for physicians and practice managers

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What drives the cost of marketing for a medical practice?

The scope of work sets the cost. The main drivers are the number of providers and locations, the service lines you want to grow, how competitive your area is, how much ad spend we manage and whether your website needs a rebuild. Your free audit comes with a written quote if you want one.

Is there a contract, and how do I cancel?

There is no long contract. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. To cancel, tell your account lead. You keep your website, profiles, ad accounts and all the content we created.

Who owns the website, ad accounts and Google profiles?

You do. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profiles and all content stay in your practice's name. If you leave, they stay with you.

Is my ad budget separate from your fee?

Yes. Your ad budget is paid straight to Google, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both.

How soon will we see more booked appointments?

Profile fixes, faster follow-up and search ads can add calls within the first few weeks. Search rankings and reviews build over 3 to 6 months. Elective programs have longer decision times, so booked consults can take a few months to build.

How much time will our physicians and staff spend on this?

Very little. Plan on a kickoff call of about an hour and a 30-minute monthly review. Physicians review claims and new pages, usually in a few minutes by email. Staff handle the callbacks we flag.

Do you market weight-loss and bariatric programs?

Yes. Our healthcare team includes specialists who have marketed surgical and medical weight-loss programs. We run seminar sign-ups, consult booking, insurance questions and follow-up. Your surgeon or physician reviews every claim, and no ad promises a set amount of weight loss.

Can you connect to our EHR or scheduling system?

Often, yes. We start with the tools you have: your phone system, call tracking, web forms and online scheduling. Where your EHR or scheduling system allows it, our software reads booked appointments under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Patient details never go to ad platforms.
