Service

More orders and more profit from your online store

We run the daily work behind your Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Amazon store: products, feeds, promotions, marketplaces and customer service. Our software prices each problem from your own orders, so fixes go where the profit is.

Delivered every month

  • Product uploads, updates and price changes handled each week
  • Clean Merchant Center and marketplace feeds, with disapprovals fixed
  • A monthly promotion plan checked against product margins
  • Help desk replies and returns handled in your voice
  • Checkout and product page tests, with results recorded

Revenue can rise while profit falls. We check every promotion against your product margins and report profit per order.

Business benefits

Where your store gains orders and profit

Four results, from the product page to the help desk.

More orders from the same visitors

Clear product pages, a faster checkout and better-ordered collections turn more browsers into buyers before you spend more on ads.

Products that show up everywhere

Clean product data and feeds keep your items approved and visible in Google Shopping, Meta, Amazon and Walmart.

More profit on every order

We watch margin, shipping, discounts and returns from your own orders, so promotions grow profit as well as revenue.

Daily store tasks handled for you

Our team handles product uploads, price changes, inventory updates and support tickets. You spend your time on products and suppliers.

Problems we fix

Where online stores lose orders quietly

Each problem below shows up in your own order data. We price it in dollars and fix it after you approve.

70.22%

average share of online shopping carts abandoned before purchase, across 50 studies

Shoppers leave before they check out

Surprise shipping costs, slow pages and long checkouts make shoppers leave full carts. Each fix at checkout adds orders without more traffic.

Disapproved products and broken feeds

Missing product codes, called GTINs, wrong prices and policy flags in Google Merchant Center quietly remove products from Shopping ads. Sales drop, and nobody notices for weeks.

Discounts that cut into profit

Sitewide sales and free shipping can lift revenue while profit falls. Without margin data on each order, a busy month can still lose money.

Full scope

Store work we handle every week

Four areas, from product data to returns. Every change is approved first and recorded.

Amazon and other marketplaces

Selling on Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces alongside your own store, without your team managing each one.

  • Amazon Seller Central listings, brand store and A+ Content pages
  • Walmart Marketplace listing setup and management
  • Pricing and stock rules that protect margin and prevent stockouts
  • Suppressed listing and account health monitoring
  • eBay, Etsy and Faire listings where they fit
  • Marketplace ads planned with our paid advertising team

  • Help desk replies in Gorgias, Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Order status, returns and exchange handling
  • Shipping coordination with ShipStation, ShipBob or your fulfillment warehouse
  • Subscription management in Recharge or Skio

Process

How we find and fix losses

Our software checks your store every night. Our team proposes the fix, and nothing changes until you approve it.

  1. 01

    Connect store and channels

We connect your store, marketplaces, Merchant Center and ad accounts. On the first night our software loads up to 450 days of order history.

  2. 02

    Find what costs you money

Our software runs 139 checks across 17 areas of marketing, including feeds, checkout, pricing and returns, and prices each problem in dollars from your own orders.

  3. 03

    Fix it once you approve

Our team proposes one change per problem with its expected result. You approve, we make the change, and the predicted and measured results are recorded side by side.

  4. 04

    Run the store every week

Products, feeds, promotions, marketplaces and support run on a weekly rhythm, with a plain-English review of orders and profit each month.

Questions

Questions from online sellers

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Which store platforms do you work with?

Shopify and Shopify Plus most often, plus WooCommerce and BigCommerce. On marketplaces we work in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace, with eBay, Etsy and Faire where they fit.

Do I need to give you full store access?

We need staff access with the permissions for the tasks we handle. You stay the store owner. Every change is approved first and recorded, and you can remove our access at any time.

Can you answer my customer emails?

Yes. We work in your help desk, such as Gorgias or Zendesk, using your policies and approved replies. Refunds above the limits you set and unusual cases go to you.

What affects the cost of store management?

Catalog size, order volume, the number of channels and marketplaces, support ticket volume and how many promotions we run. You get a written quote with your free audit. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee.

How do you measure profit?

We read your orders, product costs, shipping, discounts, fees and returns from your store and accounting tools, such as Shopify, QuickBooks or Xero. Where a cost is missing, we show the estimate and how we made it.

How soon will I see a difference?

Feed and checkout fixes can show up in orders within weeks. Merchandising and promotion changes take a full sales cycle or two to measure. We record the predicted and measured result of every change.
