How pricing works

What drives your price, and what you never pay for

We do not publish one price, because every business and market is different. We do publish how pricing works: what drives cost, how billing runs, what you keep and what we never charge for.

Cost drivers

What sets the size of your quote

Your monthly fee depends on how much work your business needs.

Locations and service areas

Each location or service area needs its own profile, pages, listings and often its own ads. More places means more work to set up and run.

Services and channels

The number of services you sell and the channels we run, such as search, maps, social, email and text, shape the monthly workload.

Ad platforms managed

Running Google Ads alone takes less time than running Google, Local Services, Meta and Microsoft together. Each platform adds campaigns to build, check and report on.

Website size

A focused site with a few core pages takes less work than a large site with many services, locations, products or online booking.

Content volume

How many new pages, posts, emails and videos you want each month. More content means more writing, design and review.

Call answering hours

Business hours only, evenings, weekends or around the clock. Longer cover and more calls take more people.

Store size and SKU count

For online stores, the number of products, feeds and marketplaces sets how much checking and upkeep the store needs.

Competition in your market

Busy markets with strong competitors need more testing, more content and a closer watch on ads to win the same work.

Billing

One monthly fee, billed month to month

Your ad budget is separate and paid straight to each platform.

You pay one monthly fee for the work in your plan. There is no setup fee and no long contract. Service runs month to month, so you stay only while the work is paying off.

Your ad budget is separate. You pay it directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms, from your own accounts. We never hold or resell it. Our fee appears on our invoice. Your ad spend appears on the platform bills and in your dashboard.

  • One monthly fee for the agreed scope of work
  • Month-to-month service with no long contract
  • No setup fee
  • Ad spend paid by you, directly to each platform
  • Our fee and your ad spend always shown separately
  • Scope changes agreed in writing before your fee changes

No price list

Why we do not publish one price

One price would be too high for one business and too low for another.

A plumber in one town and a dental group in three cities need very different work. A single price would be too high for one and too low for the other. Neither would be honest.

So we look first. The free audit shows what your business needs now and what can wait. Your quote is then based on real scope, written down, with nothing held back for later.

Questions

Pricing questions owners ask

All questions
Why can't I see a price on your website?

Because a fair price depends on your business. Your locations, services, ad platforms, website size and local competition all change the work. We would rather give you an accurate written quote after the audit than a number that does not fit.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup, onboarding and connecting your accounts are part of the work. Your first invoice is your first monthly fee.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Service is month to month. You can cancel at any time, and service ends at the close of your current billing month. We want you to stay because the results make sense.

How is my ad budget billed?

You pay it directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms from your own accounts, usually on your own card. We never hold or resell your budget. Our fee is billed separately, and your dashboard shows both.

Can my fee change?

Only if the scope changes, for example when you add a location, an ad platform or more call answering hours. We agree any change with you in writing first. You will never see a charge you did not approve.

What happens to my accounts if I cancel?

You keep them. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile and content are in your name. We hand over any access we hold and remove ours when you ask. There is no handover fee.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. The audit, the written findings, the quote and the review call cost nothing, and there is no obligation. You keep the audit whether or not you work with us.

Can I start small and add more later?

Yes. You can start with the one goal that matters most, such as getting found or getting more leads, and add more once results are clear. Your account lead will suggest additions only when your numbers support them.
