Business benefits

Why nearby buyers choose you more often

Four results from one team that keeps your profile current, your reviews steady and your details right on every site buyers check.

Chosen more often on Google Maps

A complete profile with fresh photos, accurate hours and steady reviews gives nearby buyers a reason to call you over the next listing.

Reviews requested after every job

We connect review requests to your job, booking or sales system. Every customer who meets your rules gets a polite request after the work is done, without your staff remembering.

Every review answered in your voice

We draft replies to every review using your tone and the details of each review. Unhappy reviews go to you first, so nothing sensitive is posted without your approval.

Correct details everywhere buyers look

Your name, address, phone and hours match across Google, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, Facebook and industry sites, so customers and AI tools get the right facts.

Problems we fix

What costs you calls on Google Maps

Buyers compare stars, recent reviews and replies before they pick a business to call. These three gaps send that call to a nearby competitor.

Buyers check reviews before they call

A thin or stale review count makes a good business look risky. Buyers compare stars, recent reviews and replies before they decide who to call.

Unanswered reviews send the wrong signal

Reviews with no reply, especially unhappy ones, tell buyers nobody is listening. Most owners are too busy to reply to each one with care.

Wrong hours and duplicate listings cost calls

Old addresses, wrong hours and duplicate profiles send customers to the wrong place or to a competitor. They also confuse the AI tools that read your listings.

Questions

Reviews and profiles, clearly answered

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Can you remove bad reviews?

We cannot remove honest reviews, and no one should promise that. We report reviews that break a site's rules, such as spam or fake reviews, and track each report. For honest complaints, a calm, helpful reply shows the next buyer how you handle problems.

Will you post replies without asking me?

Only under the rules you set. A common setup is that we post replies to 4 and 5 star reviews and you approve the rest. Reviews about health, legal or safety issues always come to you first.

Is it legal to ask customers for reviews?

Yes. Asking real customers for honest reviews is allowed. Paying for reviews, writing fake ones or asking only happy customers can break FTC rules and Google's policies. We ask every eligible customer and never offer rewards.

Who owns my Google Business Profile?

You do. The profile stays in your Google account with you as the primary owner. We are added as a manager. If you leave, you remove our access and keep everything.

What affects the cost of this service?

The number of locations, how many review sites we manage, your monthly job or visit volume and how much listing cleanup is needed. You get a written quote with your free audit. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee.

Do reviews help with AI search?

Reviews are one of the signals AI tools read when they recommend local businesses, along with ratings and listing details. A steady flow of recent, detailed reviews and consistent listings gives those tools clearer facts about your business.
