How it works
From free audit to monthly results, step by step
Here is what happens after you ask for an audit: what our team does, what our software does, what we need from you and how long each part takes.
Getting started
Connected, tracked and live within 30 days
Everything is set up and running within 30 days of you saying yes.
- 01
Free audit
You fill in a short form. Within 3 business days we send a written audit of your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, ads, search and competitors, with the top fixes in priority order.
- 02
Review call, plan and quote
An account lead walks you through the audit on a call. If you want to go ahead, you get a written plan and a quote. You decide in your own time.
- 03
Accounts and access
In week 1 you give us access to your ad accounts, website, Google profile and job or booking system. Any account that is not in your name gets moved into it.
- 04
Tracking set up
In weeks 1 and 2 we check that every call, form, booking and order is counted. Our software loads up to 450 days of your history on its first night.
- 05
Kickoff call
You meet your account lead for about an hour. We agree on goals, the work you want more of, who approves changes and how you like to hear from us.
- 06
Work goes live
By day 30 the first fixes are made and campaigns are running. Your live dashboard is ready, and the nightly checks are under way.
After launch
What happens every night, week and month
The work runs on a set schedule, and you only see the parts that need you.
Every night
Our software reads your connected accounts and runs its checks. It prices each problem in dollars from your own jobs, orders or bookings and proposes one change for each.
Every week
Our team works through the findings. We write ads, pages and posts, and send you the changes that need approval. Approved changes are made and recorded.
Every month
Your account lead gives you a plain-English results review. It covers what we did, what it cost, what it brought in and what we plan next.
Every 90 days
A full plan review every 90 days
We compare what each change was predicted to return with what it returned.
Every 90 days we step back from the monthly detail and look at the whole plan with you. We compare what each change was predicted to return with what it actually returned.
Then we agree on the next 90 days. Work that paid off gets more budget and time. Work that did not gets changed or stopped.
- Predicted and measured results for every approved change
- Results in your unit against where you started
- What we will stop, keep and add next
- Budget changes for you to approve
Clear roles

Nothing in your accounts changes until you, or the person you name, approves it.
Approvals
How approvals work, in one tap
Nothing in your accounts changes until the person you name approves it.
You name the person who approves changes. It can be you, a manager or a partner, with a backup if you like.
When a change needs a decision, they get a short message with a link. It says what we found, what it costs, the change we propose and what we expect it to return. They approve or decline in one tap.
Bigger budget moves can need a second approver. You set the limits, and you can change them any time.
- Nothing changes in your accounts without approval
- Every approval records who approved, when and what changed
- Anything posted or sent in your name is approved first
- Small routine changes can run under a standing rule, only if you switch it on
Your part
What we need from you
Plan on 2 to 3 hours in month one and about an hour a month after that.
- Access to your ad accounts, website, Google Business Profile and job or booking system in week 1
- About an hour for the kickoff call with your account lead
- Your average job, order or booking value, so each problem is priced correctly
- One named person to approve changes, plus a backup
- Quick replies on approvals, usually a few minutes each
- 30 minutes a month for your results review
- A heads-up when things change, such as new services, prices, hours, staff or locations
Your account lead
One named person who knows your account
You get their direct email and phone number at kickoff.
Your account lead is a named, US-based person on our team. You get their direct email and phone number at kickoff.
Call or email them with any question about results, a change, a bill or a new idea. They know your account, so you never have to explain your business twice.
- Direct email and phone number for your account lead
- Monthly results review at a time that suits you
- Answers in plain English, without jargon
- Every change and who approved it, visible on your dashboard
How long does setup take?
About 30 days from the day you say yes. Week 1 is access and accounts. Weeks 1 and 2 are tracking. The kickoff call happens early, and the first fixes and campaigns go live by day 30. If an old agency holds your accounts, moving them can add time.
What if my accounts are in my old agency's name?
We help you move them into your name. We tell you what to ask for, and we handle the setup once you have access. Your accounts should belong to you, whoever runs them.
Can I approve changes from my phone?
Yes. Each approval comes as a short message with a link. You can read what we found, see the cost and approve or decline in a few minutes, from any phone.
Will I have to learn new software?
No. Our team uses our software to do the work. You get a live dashboard you can open any time, but you never need to log in to get results.
What if I already have someone doing my ads?
That is common. The free audit shows what is working and what is not in your current setup. You can move everything to us, move one channel, or keep your current team and use the audit yourself.
What happens if I want to leave?
Tell your account lead. Service is month-to-month, so there is no long contract to buy out. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile and content stay in your name, and we remove our access.
