Service

A website that turns visitors into customers, built in your name

We design, build and look after your website on WordPress, Shopify or Webflow. Every page is written to win a call, a booking or an order, and the site, domain and content stay in your name.

Delivered every month

  • A site plan listing every page and the action it asks for
  • Designs for key pages, shared in Figma for your approval
  • A tested website on your own domain and hosting account
  • Analytics, call tracking and form tracking set up before launch
  • Monthly updates, security patches, backups and form tests

Some vendors keep the domain or build on a system only they can edit. We build in your accounts, and you keep everything if you leave.

Business benefits

What a better site does for you

Four results owners notice first: more calls from the same visitors, faster pages on phones, changes made for them and full ownership of what we build.

More business from the same traffic

Clear pages, a visible phone number and short forms turn more of your current visitors into booked jobs, new patients or orders. You get more business before you spend more on ads.

Fast on the phones customers use

Most local buyers find you on a phone. We build pages that load quickly and are easy to tap, so people call you instead of going back to the search results.

Changes made for you every month

Tell your account lead you need a new service page, a price update or holiday hours, and our team makes the change. You never wait on a developer or learn a website builder.

You own everything we build

Your domain, hosting account, website files, content and analytics are in your name. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.

Problems we fix

Why visitors leave without calling

Most visitors decide in seconds whether to call, book or go back to Google. These three problems send them back, and the owner rarely sees it happen.

Slow pages send buyers back to Google

A page that loads slowly on a phone loses the visitor before they see your number. Heavy images, old plugins and cheap hosting are the usual causes.

Visitors cannot tell what you do or where

Many small business sites bury the service, the service area and the phone number below long intros. Plain words near the top get more people to call or book.

Your site is stuck with a past vendor

Some vendors keep the domain or build on a system only they can edit. Every small change becomes a ticket and an invoice, and leaving means starting over.

Full scope

Everything we do on your site

Four areas of work, from the first design to the monthly care that keeps your site fast, accurate and bringing in business after launch.

01

Design and build

New websites and redesigns on the platform that fits your business. WordPress for most service businesses, Shopify for online stores, and Webflow for design-led sites your team edits often.

  • WordPress sites built with native blocks your staff can edit
  • Shopify and Shopify Plus stores on Online Store 2.0 themes
  • Webflow sites for brands that change pages often
  • WooCommerce and BigCommerce work for owners already on them
  • Mobile-first layouts tested on real phones and tablets
  • Moves off Wix, Squarespace or old page builders
  • Redirect maps, so old links and rankings carry over to new pages
02

Pages that win the call

The words and layout that turn a visit into a call, a form or a booking. Written for your trade and your town, in plain language.

  • Service pages for each job you want more of
  • Service-area pages for the towns and neighborhoods you cover
  • Click-to-call buttons and your phone number on every screen
  • Short quote, booking and contact forms that work on phones
  • Online booking linked to ServiceTitan, Jobber, NexHealth or your calendar
  • Reviews, licenses, warranties and photos of your real team
  • Landing pages built to match each ad campaign
03

Speed, search and accessibility

The technical work behind every page. It keeps the site fast, readable by Google and AI tools, and usable by people with disabilities.

  • Core Web Vitals work, Google's scores for speed and page stability
  • Image compression, caching and quality hosting setup
  • Schema markup, hidden labels that tell Google what each page covers
  • Clean page titles, headings and site structure for search
  • Accessibility checks against WCAG 2.2 AA, the common web guideline
  • Security updates, daily backups and uptime monitoring
  • Google Analytics 4 and call tracking installed before launch
04

Care and monthly updates

Your website keeps improving after launch. Our team makes your changes, adds pages and fixes the problems our monitoring software finds, with your approval first.

  • New pages, offers, photos and price changes on request
  • Plugin, theme and platform updates tested before they go live
  • Monthly checks for broken links, forms and slow pages
  • Form and phone tests so no lead goes missing
  • Small tests on headlines, buttons and forms
  • A record of every change, who approved it and why

Process

Four steps to a live site

You approve the page plan, the designs and the platform before we build. We write the copy from one kickoff call, so you do not need to write anything yourself.

  1. 01

    Review your current site

We start with your free audit. We check speed, mobile use, search visibility, forms and calls, and compare your site with the competitors your customers also see.

  2. 02

    Plan pages and write copy

We map the pages you need, write them in plain words for your trade and show you designs in Figma. You approve each page before we build it.

  3. 03

    Build, test and launch

We build on your chosen platform, test every form and phone link, set up redirects and tracking, and launch on your own domain and hosting account.

  4. 04

    Measure and keep improving

Our monitoring software checks the site every night. When it finds a slow page or a broken form, we propose the fix and make it once you approve.

Timeline

Your first 90 days

  1. 30days

    First 30 days

We audit your site, agree the page plan and write the key pages. On a redesign, you see the first designs. On an existing site, we fix the slowest pages and broken forms first.

  2. 90days

    First 90 days

A standard small business site is usually built, tested and live in this window. Larger stores and custom features can take longer. Tracking shows calls, forms and bookings by page.

  3. Ongoingevery month

    After that

Each month we make your requested updates, fix what our software flags and test small improvements. Your account lead reviews calls, forms and orders by page with you.

What we measure

How we measure your website

Calls and forms by page

Which pages make the phone ring and which get read and left. It shows where to add or rewrite.

Conversion rate

The share of visitors who call, book or buy. A small rise here means more business from the same traffic.

Mobile load speed

How fast your key pages open on a phone, measured with Google's own Core Web Vitals scores.

Work booked from the website

Calls and forms matched to booked jobs, appointments or orders in your own systems, so you see the work the site brought in.

Broken forms and links

Every form, link and click-to-call button tested monthly, with any failure fixed and logged.

Questions

Website questions, answered directly

Straight answers, in plain English.

All questions
Do I own my website and domain?

Yes. The domain, hosting account, website files, content and analytics are registered in your name. If you leave Nebula, you keep all of it. We hand over logins whenever you ask.

Can you work on the website I already have?

Yes. Many owners keep their current site. We fix speed, forms and key pages first, then add pages over time. If the platform is too old or locked to a past vendor, we explain why and plan a move with you.

Which platform will you build on?

Usually WordPress for service businesses and practices, Shopify for online stores and Webflow for design-led brands. We pick the one your team can edit and that works with your booking or ordering tools. You approve the choice.

What affects the cost of a website?

The number of pages, how much copy we write, the platform, the size of a store and any links to booking, job or inventory systems. You get a written quote with your free audit. Ongoing care is month-to-month with no long contract.

How much of my time will this take?

Expect a kickoff call, about an hour to review page designs and quick approvals by email. We write the copy from that call and your audit, so you do not need to write anything yourself.

Will a new site hurt my Google rankings?

It should not when the move is done with care. We map every old page to its new address with redirects, keep the content that ranks and watch Google Search Console after launch to catch problems early.
