Out-of-town crews arrive after every big storm. We show homeowners the local proof those crews cannot match.

What you get

What you gain before the next storm

Faster storm response, steady retail work, local trust and clear numbers, with the work behind each.

First in line after a storm

Storm campaigns, pages and call scripts are built ahead of time. When hail or high wind hits your area, we can turn them on for the affected ZIP codes the same day.

Work that does not wait for weather

Retail replacement campaigns reach homeowners with older roofs and leak problems all year, so your crews stay busy in the months between storms.

Trust that out-of-town crews lack

Manufacturer certifications, license and insurance, your local address and before-and-after photos appear on your site, profile and ads. Homeowners choose the roofer who will still be here next year.

Know what each lead source signs

Our software follows each lead from inspection to estimate to signed contract. You see cost per signed job for storm, retail and repair work.

Problems we fix

Where roofers lose signed contracts

Storm work moves fast, and a roofing sale has many steps. These are the gaps we check first.

About 1 in 35

insured homes has a property damage claim related to wind or hail

Storm leads go to whoever shows up first

After hail, homeowners call the first roofer they find and often sign with the first one who inspects. If your campaigns take days to launch, crews from out of town take those jobs.

Leads stall between inspection and signature

A roofing sale takes several steps: inspection, estimate, adjuster meeting and signed contract. Leads that go quiet between steps are rarely chased, and without tracking you cannot see where deals stall.

$14,747

average homeowners insurance claim for wind and hail damage, 2019 to 2023 average

Insurance jobs need careful, accurate marketing

Storm work is often paid through a homeowners claim. Homeowners want a roofer who documents damage well and explains the steps plainly. Offers to waive a deductible or handle the claim can break state law.

How we help

From hail report to signed contract

We prepare every step before storm season, then run it with your approval.

1 · Get found

Be visible the day the storm hits

Storm campaigns sit ready for your service area. When hail or high wind is reported, we launch them for the affected ZIP codes after you approve. Local Services Ads and repair ads run all year.

4 · Know what is working

See cost per signed job by source

Our software follows each lead from first call to signed contract and invoice. You see close rate, average ticket and cost per signed job for storm, retail and repair work.

Key moments

Storm campaigns ready before hail hits

Roofing demand rises with each hail or wind event, then settles until the next one. We keep storm campaigns ready and run retail work in between.

  1. 1

    When

    Hail or wind event

We launch storm campaigns for the affected ZIP codes, add answering coverage for the call surge and post storm guidance on your Google profile the same day.

  2. 2

    When

    Two weeks after

Homeowners who had an inspection but have not signed get follow-up. Adjuster meeting reminders go out, and we ask early storm customers for reviews.

  3. 3

    When

    Between storms

Retail replacement and leak repair campaigns take over. We email past inspection leads who did not sign and focus ads on neighborhoods with older roofs.

  4. 4

    When

    Before winter

Leak repair and roof inspection offers go to past customers and nearby homes, so you book repair work before cold weather slows installs.

What is included

What your roofing plan covers in full

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most roofing contractors use.

  1. Storm campaigns built ahead of time

Google Ads, landing pages and call scripts for hail and wind damage, ready for your service area. We launch them by ZIP code once storm reports confirm damage near you.

  2. Storm report watch for your area

Our team checks public hail and wind reports for your service area. When a qualifying storm hits, you get an alert and a launch plan to approve.

  3. Retail replacement campaigns

Year-round ads and emails for older roofs, leaks, worn shingles and home sale inspections. These keep inspection calendars full between storms.

  4. Inspection and claim process pages

Plain pages on what happens during an inspection, how a claim usually works and what the homeowner pays. Written to stay inside your state's rules on insurance claims.

  5. Proof of trust on every page

Manufacturer certifications, license, insurance, warranty terms and before-and-after photos from local jobs, shown on your site, Google profile and ads.

  6. Review requests after every install

Requests go out after the final walkthrough, when the homeowner has seen the finished roof. Every review gets a reply you approve.

  7. Lead follow-up to signature

Texts and emails at each step: after the inspection, after the estimate and after the adjuster meeting. Your sales team gets a daily list of stalled leads.

  8. Storm-week call answering

When calls surge after a storm, our answering team picks up, collects the address and damage details, and books inspections on your calendar. Your crews stay on roofs.

Compliance

Insurance claim marketing done carefully

Storm work comes with strict state rules on how roofers talk about insurance. We write every ad, page and call script to stay inside them.

  • In Texas, contractors cannot offer to waive, rebate or absorb a homeowner's deductible. We never run offers like that in any state.
  • Texas does not allow a roofer doing the work to act as a public adjuster on that claim, or to advertise that they will.
  • We avoid wording that suggests you will negotiate or file the claim for the homeowner.
  • We check your state's licensing and solicitation rules during onboarding and adjust storm campaigns to fit them.

Questions

What roofers ask before signing up

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What affects the cost of roofing marketing?

Cost depends on the size of your service area, how often storms hit it, how competitive roofing searches are there, how many locations you run and which services you need, such as storm-week call answering. Ad budget is separate and paid to Google and Meta from your own accounts. A written quote comes with your free audit if you want one.

Is there a contract?

No long contract. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel at the end of any month, including after storm season.

Who owns the website, ads and photos?

You do. Your website, domain, ad accounts, analytics, Google Business Profile and all content, including project photos, are in your name. If you leave, you keep them.

Does my ad budget go through you?

No. Ad budget is paid straight to Google, Meta and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so storm-week spend is always clear.

How soon will I see results?

Storm campaigns work as soon as a storm hits your area after setup. Retail replacement ads usually need 30 to 60 days of data. Map rankings and project pages build over 3 to 6 months. We cannot promise rankings or a set number of signed jobs, and each monthly review shows what actually happened.

How much of my time will this take?

A kickoff call of about an hour, a few logins and your certification and license details. During storms, you approve launch plans by text. Otherwise you join one monthly review with your account lead.

How fast can storm campaigns go live?

The campaigns, pages and scripts are built and approved before storm season. When a storm is confirmed in your area, we send you a launch plan. Once you approve, ads can go live for the affected ZIP codes the same day.

Do you connect to my roofing CRM?

Our software connects to ServiceTitan, Jobber, HubSpot and Salesforce, plus QuickBooks for invoices. If you run another roofing CRM, we check the connection during your free audit and tell you plainly what we can read before you sign up.
