ACoS compares ad cost with ad sales. We show what each product earns after every fee and its own cost.

What you get

What changes for your listings

Four changes that turn ad spend into profit you can check on every listing.

Break-even for every product

We work out each product's break-even return after referral fees, fulfillment fees and product cost. Ads below it get cut. Ads above it get room to grow.

Listings that turn views into orders

Titles, bullets, images, A+ content and backend search terms written for how shoppers search, with reviews and customer questions checked every week.

Ads that follow stock and Buy Box

Ads pause on products about to stock out or where another seller holds the Buy Box, then resume when you can make the sale again.

Walmart and TikTok Shop in one view

Walmart Marketplace and TikTok Shop sit beside Amazon on one profit basis. Budget moves to the channel that earns the order after its own fees.

Problems we fix

Where marketplace sellers lose margin

Three problems the ad consoles do not show. Each one is plain to see once fees and product cost are counted.

ACoS hides what is left after fees

Amazon reports ACoS, your ad cost as a share of ad sales. It leaves out the referral fee, the fulfillment fee and your product cost. Products that look fine in the console can lose money on every sale.

Ads keep running when you cannot sell

Ads keep spending on products about to stock out or where another seller holds the Buy Box. You pay for the clicks, and the orders go to someone else.

Retailers report their own ad results

Walmart and TikTok Shop report the sales their own ads claim, and TikTok Shop also takes creator commissions. Without your own order data beside their numbers, a strong-looking campaign can lose money.

How we help

From search term to settled order

One team runs ads, listings, stock checks and reporting across all your marketplaces.

3 · Get ordered

Hold the Buy Box and keep stock

We check Buy Box share, stock cover and price against other sellers every day, and pause ads when a listing cannot convert.

4 · Know what is working

Profit per product after every fee

Each product is priced after referral fees, fulfillment, storage, product cost and ad spend, with Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop side by side.

Key moments

Ready for the events that move sales

Prime Day, the holidays, fee changes and new sellers on your listings each need a plan. We set budget, stock and bids ahead of each one.

  1. 1

    When

    Prime Day

We set budgets by product margin, check stock covers the event and raise bids only on products that stay profitable at the deal price.

  2. 2

    When

    Holiday season

We plan fourth-quarter stock and ad budget together, so bestsellers do not sell out in mid-December while ads still run.

  3. 3

    When

    Annual fee changes

When Amazon updates its fees, we rework break-even for every product and adjust bids before losses build up.

  4. 4

    When

    A new seller appears

If another seller takes the Buy Box on your listing, ads pause and we flag the price, stock and brand protection steps for you.

What is included

What we manage on each marketplace

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most Amazon and marketplace sellers use.

  1. Amazon ads managed to break-even

Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaigns with bids set from each product's break-even return after fees.

  2. Wasted search term cleanup

Search terms that spend with no sales become negative keywords, checked against the terms that did sell.

  3. Listing content and images

Titles, bullets, A+ content and image sets written and tested for the way shoppers search your category.

  4. Stock and Buy Box checks

Ads pause when a product is about to stock out or loses the Buy Box, and resume when it can sell again.

  5. Walmart Marketplace management

Listings and Walmart Connect ads, with spend paced to your monthly plan and checked against your own orders.

  6. TikTok Shop ads and creators

Shop ads with creator commissions counted, so you see margin after spend on every campaign.

  7. Fee checks every month

Settled fees compared with expected fees, product by product. You get a list of the differences to file with Amazon.

  8. Ad report history kept

Amazon deletes most ad report history after a few months. Our software stores it from the first night, so decisions rest on more data.

Reporting

Profit you can see, product by product

Your dashboard reads Amazon Ads and Seller Central or Walmart Connect every night and matches each job to the ad, listing or call that started it. Your account lead walks you through it every month.

Questions

Seller questions about fees and ads

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What does marketplace management cost with Nebula?

It depends on how many marketplaces we run, the number of products you advertise, how much listing and creative work you need and whether we also manage your own store. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the seller and ad accounts?

You do. Seller Central, your ad accounts, Walmart and TikTok Shop accounts, listings and all creative stay in your name. If you leave, you keep all of it.

How does ad spend work next to your fee?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Amazon, Walmart, TikTok and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How soon will we see results?

Your first findings arrive the morning after we connect your accounts. Cutting ads below break-even and wasted search terms can show within weeks. Listing and ranking work builds over several months. Each monthly review shows the progress.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a kickoff call and about an hour to grant access. After that, a monthly review of about 30 minutes, quick approvals when we propose a change and sign-off on new listing content. Your named US account lead handles the rest.

Do I need my product costs loaded?

Yes, for profit figures. We take product cost from your store or a file you send. If cost is missing for many units, we show no profit figure for those products and ask for the cost first, so a missing cost is never counted as zero.

Do you also manage Walmart and TikTok Shop?

Yes. We manage Walmart Marketplace listings and Walmart Connect ads, and TikTok Shop ads with creator commissions counted. Each sits beside Amazon on one profit basis, so budget goes to the channel that earns the order.
