Nebula for online stores and D2C brands

More profit per order and more orders, counted in Shopify

Our team runs your ads, email, SMS and store. Each night our software checks every ad platform's claims against your real Shopify orders and margin, so budget goes to the products and campaigns that earn a profit.

Ad platforms report sales and ROAS. We report what each order leaves after costs, fees and discounts.

What you get

What changes for your margin

Four changes that raise profit per order, starting with order counts you can trust.

Ad spend judged on real orders

Meta and Google each claim credit for the same sale. Our software counts each Shopify order once and shows how far each platform's claim runs past it.

Targets set from your margin

Each product has its own break-even return after cost of goods, shipping, discounts and fees. Campaigns get targets that keep them profitable, product by product.

Email and SMS that keep margin

We run Klaviyo, Attentive or Postscript flows and find the codes that go to buyers who would pay full price anyway. You keep the margin on orders you already had.

Ready for AI shopping assistants

We fill missing product data such as GTINs, sizes and categories, so ChatGPT, Google and other assistants can show your products when buyers ask for them.

Problems we fix

Where stores sell more and keep less

Three problems that hide in platform reports. Each one shows up once every order is priced after its real costs.

  1. Ad platforms claim more sales than you made

Each platform credits a sale to its own ad. Add the claims together and they can pass your real order count. Budget then flows to the channel that claims the most, often remarketing to buyers who were already coming back.

  2. A healthy ROAS can still lose money

ROAS is the sales each ad dollar brings back. A product that keeps half its price breaks even at a ROAS of 2. One that keeps a quarter needs 4. One target across both loses money on the second.

  3. Loyal buyers get discounts they do not need

Welcome, win-back and cart flows often send a code to everyone. Loyal customers learn to wait for it, and email reports count their orders as email revenue.

How we help

From first ad to repeat order

One team runs your ads, creative, store and email, and judges each one on profit per order.

4 · Know what is working

Profit per order, not platform claims

Every campaign, product and email is priced after cost of goods, shipping, discounts, refunds and fees. You see what each one earned on your dashboard and in your monthly review.

Key moments

Big weeks, planned on profit

Launches, Black Friday, low stock and slow January each call for a different plan. We set offers, stock and budget ahead of each one.

  1. 1

    When

    Product launch

We build the ads, product page and launch emails, then check real orders daily and move budget to the angles that sell.

  2. 2

    When

    Black Friday week

We set discount depth by product margin, cap spend on items close to selling out and send codes only to buyers who need one.

  3. 3

    When

    A bestseller runs low

Ads on that variant pause before it sells out, and budget moves to products with stock. Ads resume when the restock lands.

  4. 4

    When

    Slow January

We focus on repeat buyers and win-back flows timed to each product's reorder window, so revenue comes in without deep discounts.

What is included

The work inside your store plan

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most online stores and D2C brands use.

  1. Google and Meta ad management

Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Meta campaigns, with budget moved to the products and audiences that bring profit.

  2. Platform claims checked against Shopify

Every night each platform's claimed purchases are matched to your real orders. The gap is shown in dollars by platform and campaign.

  3. Break-even targets by product

Return targets set from each product's margin after cost of goods, shipping, discounts and fees, applied when you approve.

  4. Email and SMS flows

Welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back and reorder flows in Klaviyo, Attentive or Postscript, judged on store orders and margin.

  5. Landing page and checkout fixes

Pages and checkout steps that lose paid visitors are found, priced in lost orders and fixed by our team.

  6. Ad creative refresh

New static and video ads before current ones wear out, built from what is selling and tested on real orders.

  7. Ads that follow your stock

Ads pause before a variant sells out and resume when stock returns. Slow-moving stock gets ad support, so less cash sits on shelves.

  8. AI shopping readiness

Missing GTINs, variant attributes, categories and policy links filled in Shopify, so AI assistants and Google can list your products.

Reporting

Numbers that start with your orders

Your dashboard reads Shopify or Google Ads every night and matches each job to the ad, listing or call that started it. Your account lead walks you through it every month.

Questions

Questions D2C brands ask us early

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What does D2C marketing cost with Nebula?

It depends on how many ad channels we run, whether we manage email and SMS, how much creative you need and how much store work is involved. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the store and ad accounts?

You do. Your Shopify store, domain, ad accounts, Klaviyo, analytics and all creative stay in your name. If you leave, you keep all of it, with its full history.

How does ad spend work next to your fee?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How soon will we see results?

Your first findings arrive the morning after we connect your accounts, because our software loads up to 450 days of history on the first night. Cutting money-losing campaigns and discount leaks can show within weeks. Creative, search and retention work builds over several months. Each monthly review shows the progress.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a kickoff call and about an hour to grant access. After that, a monthly review of about 30 minutes, quick approvals when we propose a change and sign-off on new creative. Your named US account lead handles the rest.

Do you work only with Shopify stores?

Most of the brands we work with run on Shopify. We also work with WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores. The same checks apply: ad claims matched to real orders and every product priced after its costs.

Do I need to install a new tracking pixel?

No. Our software reads your ad accounts, your store's orders and Google Analytics 4 and reconciles them each night. If your current tracking has gaps, such as missing UTM tags, we show where and fix them with your approval.
