What you get

What changes across every sales channel

Four changes, from cleaner fitment data to margin you can see on every SKU.

Fitment data that helps you sell

Our software checks your catalog every night for missing vehicles and outdated fitment. Gaps get filled, so buyers who search their year, make and model find your part.

Shopping ads built around vehicles

Google Shopping campaigns grouped by make, model and part type, the way buyers search. Spend moves to the parts that sell at a profit.

Marketplaces judged on profit

Amazon and eBay Motors listings and ads are priced after fees, shipping and part cost. Ads that lose money get cut, and listings with fitment gaps get fixed.

Site search that finds the part

Year, make and model lookup that works on clean data. Shoppers see parts that fit their vehicle, more of them add to cart, and fewer order the wrong part.

Problems we fix

Where parts sellers lose the order

Lost parts sales rarely show up in a report. These three are the ones we look for first.

Fitment gaps hide parts from buyers

When a vehicle is missing from your fitment data, the part does not show for that buyer on your site, Google or marketplaces. The sale goes to a seller with complete data, and no report shows it.

Marketplace ads that lose money after fees

Amazon and eBay Motors report ad return before referral fees, fulfillment and part cost. Many SKUs that look healthy in the ad console lose money on every sale.

Sales spread across too many channels

Buyers shop your store, Google, Amazon, eBay Motors and Walmart. Each channel has its own fitment rules and its own reports. Without one view, you cannot see which SKUs earn money where.

Key moments

Your catalog, ready before buyers search

Fitment updates, project season, the first cold snap and holiday sales each shift what buyers look for. We get data, stock and ads ready ahead of each one.

  1. 1

    When

    Monthly fitment update

Each month new vehicles and corrections arrive in the industry fitment databases. We update your catalog and flag parts that need new applications.

  2. 2

    When

    Spring project season

Lift kits, wheels and performance parts pick up. We build ads by vehicle and check stock and fitment before the budget goes up.

  3. 3

    When

    First cold snap

Batteries, wipers and block heaters sell fast. We move budget to cold-weather parts in the regions where temperatures drop first.

  4. 4

    When

    Holiday sales

We plan Black Friday and holiday offers on margin per SKU, so deep discounts go only to parts that can carry them.

What is included

What we run for your catalog

Your plan is scoped to your market. These are the pieces most auto parts and accessories retailers use.

  1. ACES and PIES catalog checks

Nightly checks for missing vehicles, outdated fitment, gaps in product attributes and part numbers that do not match your supplier data.

  2. Year, make and model search

Vehicle lookup on your Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store, tuned on your fitment data so shoppers see the parts that fit.

  3. Google Shopping by vehicle

Shopping and Performance Max campaigns grouped by make, model and part type, with feed fixes in Google Merchant Center.

  4. Amazon listing and ad management

Listings with complete fitment, ads priced after referral and fulfillment fees, and bids cut on SKUs below break-even.

  5. Listings on eBay Motors and Walmart

Parts compatibility kept complete so buyers who save their vehicle see your parts, plus promoted listings where they pay for themselves.

  6. Margin per SKU report

Profit for each part after cost, shipping, marketplace fees and ad spend, by channel, updated every night.

  7. Pages for vehicle searches

Landing pages for common year, make, model and part type searches, written so Google and AI assistants can read them.

  8. Cart and repeat-order emails

Abandoned cart emails that name the buyer's vehicle, plus reminders timed to service intervals for filters, brakes and wipers.

Questions

Questions about fitment, fees and ads

Cost, contracts, ownership and timing, answered plainly.

All questions
What does parts marketing cost with Nebula?

It depends on your catalog size, how many channels we run, whether we manage your store and how much fitment work your data needs. We do not publish prices. After the free audit you get a written quote with each item listed. Your ad budget stays separate from our fee.

Is there a long contract?

No. Service is month-to-month with no setup fee. You can cancel and keep everything we built for you.

Who owns the store, listings and ad accounts?

You do. Your store, domain, Seller Central, ad accounts, analytics, catalog data and content stay in your name. If you leave, you keep all of it.

How does ad spend work next to your fee?

Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Amazon, eBay and other platforms from your own accounts. Our fee is billed separately and shown on its own line, so you always see both numbers.

How soon will we see results?

Your first findings arrive the morning after we connect your accounts, because our software loads up to 450 days of history on the first night. Feed errors and money-losing ads can be fixed within weeks. Fitment work and search pages build over several months. Each monthly review shows the progress.

How much of my time does this take?

Plan on a kickoff call and about an hour to grant access. After that, a monthly review of about 30 minutes and quick approvals when we propose a change. Your named US account lead handles the rest.

Do you manage our ACES and PIES data?

Yes. Our team reviews your ACES fitment and PIES product data, adds missing applications and fills attribute gaps. We work with the files you or your data provider maintain. You approve each batch of changes, and every change is recorded.

Do you handle eBay Motors as well as Amazon?

Yes. We keep parts compatibility complete on eBay Motors so buyers who save their vehicle see your parts. We manage promoted listings and price each listing after eBay fees, beside your Amazon and store numbers.
